My Experience:

I have a huge collection of all Vichy products as I reallylove them a lot. They are true to their claims, are non-comedogenic and enhance your beauty very well. Before using Vichy’s Normaderm range, I came across a lot of products which claimed to be oil-free but eventually after 2-3 hours they tend to make my skin oily, especially my nose area and small acne hubs are produced out of that oil tank!! It is highly irritating!! After hearing a lot about Vichy Normaderm Night Anti-Imperfection + Rejuvenating Care, I decided to try it!

Well Vichy Normaderm Night Anti-Imperfection + Rejuvenating Care comes in a green colored opaque tube with a screw cap to it. It has a well-built nozzle which controls the flow of the product. It is completely hygienic to use. The packaging is sturdy, compact and travel friendly; no spilling of product was observed. The consistency of the cream is very light watery texture and is white in color. The fragrance is quite fresh but very mild. On application, I found out that it is completely non-greasy and gets absorbed very fast giving a mattified look to your face. Generally, all the Vichy products get absorbed quickly into your skin, and this is no exception.

You need to apply this cream after cleansing your face with face wash. I generally take a pea-sized amount on the back of my palm and apply it slowly on my face. Its quite soothing while applying it on your face. It worked according to the claims – it provided my face an oil control blanket and my oil zone got checked. The very next day I woke up with a bright, clean face. The size of acne gradually got reduced, I was quite happy with the results. My skin started looking even and bright!!! I have no idea regarding the pore size reduction claim as I have really small pores and I didn’t notice much difference.

I observed changes after regular usage for about 1 and half months. I am quite patient when it comes to observation of results. With the usage of a pea-sized amount, it lasted me for about 2.5 months exactly. My skin looked smoother and clearer. Since it is a non-comedogenic product, it doesn’t block your pores. Though it didn’t remove my acne completely and I had to use “Keto-B” ointment to completely banish acne, but it definitely reduced the frequency of occurrence of acne on my face.

Cons of the Product:

It is pricey, but worth every penny invested in it.
It contains parabens.
Not suitable for dry skin as they have to use a moisturiser over it.

Overall Veridict: Vichy Normaderm Night Anti-Imperfection + Rejuvenating Care is the best oil controlling cream, which helps in reducing the frequency of occurrence of acne. It also makes your skin clearer and smoother day by day. It controls the production of oil very well on your face. It is non-comedogenic and non-greasy, you’d love it! I’d definitely recommend this to oily skin and combination skin.
